Blue Berries, Papaya, and Lime
One of my favorites treats at breakfast, or any time of day for that matter.
Simply cut a papaya in half, scrape out the seeds, fill it with delicious blue berries and then squeeze a little lime juice and there you have it!
The papaya promotes thyroid health while the blue berries proved antioxidants.
