I'll even drop in with instructional videos to ensure you're using proper form and maximizing your workouts.

Workout of the Week 

Work Out of the Week: June 2 - June 6, 2025

Spring Into Summer Challenge Workout:
This is week 12 of the Challenge. Only to more weeks to completion. Finish strong!!!

 

Please read through the entire post before starting the workout.
If you´re a beginner, cut the repetitions in half. Remember, work to the level of your fitness. Don´t overdo it!! Build it up slowly.
This week we are going back to the basics. You can´t go wrong with these four basic exercises.
5-minute warm up of your choice ---
Workout: Up to the number of reps or until you reach failure - whichever comes first. Remember, form is the most important thing here. If you get sloppy, you can get hurt!

1 Mintue of Actvivty with 30-seconds of rest between each exercise. 
Go for 2-3 Rounds 


High Kness
Jumping Jacks
Squat
Rear Lunges
Push-ups
Mountain Climbers
TRX Row
TRX Biceps Curls
Crunches
Russian Twists

Do your best!!!
The mantra for 2025 – “Show up. Do your best. That´s all that´s required.”
PSA: Abs are made in the kitchen. You can´t out train a bad diet. If you´re looking to get ripped (or at least lean out some) for the summer you need to really focus on nutrition, water intake, and sleep. Need some help? Reach out! juan@wbhintl.com
